Case called. The accused Tarique is shown as absconder, learned ADPP is present, complainant is present, learned counsel for complainant is present. Proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C issued against the accused returned with the endorsement of process server and mashirnama that he has completed all the formalities as envisaged u/s 87 Cr.P.C, such statement of process server recorded at Ex. No. 02, proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C and mashirnama at Ex. No. 02/A to 02/B. Order on it. Proclamation u/s 88 Cr.P.C issued against the accused, reply is received that the accused does not possess any moveable or immoveable property, which is placed on record at Ex. No. 03. The accused is declared as P.O. Heard. Order passed at Ex. No. 04 and announced in open Court. Let the case against the accused be kept on dormant file, till his arrest or otherwise. Office is directed to issue NBW against the absconding accused in perpetuity and SHO is directed to act as per sketched guidance in the case of Nasrullah and others Vs the SHO P.S Jacobabad and others.
