This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi Advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ibrahim @ Muhammad Ibrahim son of Mirza Khan Khoso for the offence under section 337-Ai, Fi, Hii, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No. 04/2007 PS Nasirabad. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 25.11.2025, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, which was provisionally accepted by this court.
