Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. Report regarding the territorial jurisdiction has been received from the SHO of P.S Site Super Highway. Order passed on separate order sheet and announced in open court. Since the plaintiff???s claim is based on documentary evidences and the plaintiff has shown his apprehension of his dispossession from the suit property at the hands of defendant. Therefore, without touching the merits and demerits of the instant suit, the defendant is restrained from dispossessing the plaintiff from the suit property (03 acres land) till next date of hearing.
