This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C filed by advocate Mr. Sher Ali Chandio on behalf of applicant Mst. Sajida w/o Syed Rafaqat Ali Shah against SHO PS Nasirabad & others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner to conduct raid at PS Nasirabad and its premises and recover the alleged detainees, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release therm on P.R bond and direct them to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 26.01.2026. |
