During the course of arguments, both learned counsels proposed that Pedi crop cropped over suit property, having Block/Survey No.6/1 out of which (06-00) acres have been cultivated by Muhammad Bachal, (03-00) acres are cultivated by Khadim and (04-00) acres are under cultivation of Ali Muhammad Shaikh as per report submitted by Mukhtiarkar Khangarh @ Khanpur Mahar, be secured in possession of Mukhtiarkar, both parties agreed and submitted application authored by plaintiff Imran Ali to which private defendants as well as learned counsel recorded his no objection. Accordingly, Mukhtiarkar Revenue Khangarh @ Khanpur Mahar is hereby directed to secure the Pedi crop cropped over suit property, sell it out to the well reputed merchant in presence of private defendants and submit/deposit such consideration after having deducted expenses incurred, before this Court under token of receipt which shall further be disbursed at the final disposal of the suit. In the meantime, counsel for plaintiff withdrawn from Contempt Application. Order on it. Pursuance to submissions, application in hand stands disposed off as withdrawn.
