This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Mumtaz Ali son of Ameer Ali, 02-Ali Murad son of Ghulam Ali Ghulam Ali, 03-Shoukat Ali son of Mumtaz Ali, 04-Daim @ Dano son of Muhammad Khan all by caste Panhawar in Crime No.51/2026 of PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan for offence U/S 506/2,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs,5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 21.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers.
