This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Hakeem, 02-Abdul Ghani, 03-Qaim @ Qaim Khan, 04-Wazeer @ Wazeer Ali, 04-Shahid Hussain @ Shahid all sons of Loung @ Haji Loung Chandio in Crime No.343/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 504,506/2,337-Hii,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 20.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers. |
