This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Banti Laal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Riaz Hussain son of Allah Bachayo Khoso, 02-Wazir son of Lashkar @ Arz Muhammad Khoso in Crime No.129/2026 of PP Lalu Raunk PS Waggan for offence U/S 337-Ai,506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial.Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 19.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers. |
