The Presiding Officer is on earned leave. In compliance with the order passed by the Honourable DJ, Central, in Crl.Tr.Appl.No.40/2026, the R&P have been received/transferred to this Court from the learned Consumer Protection Court, Central, for disposal in accordance with law. Accused Ghulam Abbas and Mst. Maqsooda are present on bail. The learned ADPP for the State and learned Defence Counsel are present. The prosecution witnesses are absent. In view of the strike observed by the KBA, the matter adjourned to 02.09.2026 for recording of prosecution evidence. Issue summons to the remaining prosecution witnesses. The IO is also directed to appear before the Court along with the supplementary charge-sheet pertaining to accused Ghulam Abbas. |
