This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Saeed Ahmed Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Muhammad Ibrahim @ Ibrahim son of Sutlan Ahmed Rid in Crime No.09/2026 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 337-Ai, 506/2,114,504,34 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to 23.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, call for police papers.
