Case received from learned Civil Judge and JM Sobhodero at Ranipur and called. Accused Bahawal Lashari is produced in custody from C.P Khairpur. AGP for the state is present. Charge framed at Exh.2 and plea at Exh.2-A of accused is recorded in which accused pleaded guilty, pray for lienant view. Issue show cause notice to accused, which he may not be convicted and sentenced accordingly. Issue show cause notice to the accused. Ex:03. Accused submitted reply of show cause notice in which he pray for mercy at Ex:04. Heard arguments. Judgment passed and announced in the open court. Accused Bahawal Lashari is convict under section 265-E(2) Cr. P.C and sentence him, to undergo R.I for one year and to pay fine of Rs:10000/- (Rupees ten thousand) or in case of default in payment of fine, he shall S.I for 07 days more. The benefit of section 382-B Cr. P.C is extended in favour of the accused. The accused is produced in custody and remanded back along with conviction warrant to serve out the sentences.Ex:05.
