Cross has been conducted. Learned Defense counsel has submitted application U/S 249A CrPC, arguments have been heard on it. The application U/s 249A CrPC is allowed and accused persons are acquitted. As accused persons are present on bail hence their bail bonds stands cancelled and surety discharged. |
