This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussian Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Najaf @ Aqeedatullah son of Asadullah by caste Jagirani in Crime No.24/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers. |
