This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Mst Sumera w/o Abdul Rahman Chandio in person against SHO PS Kamber City and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Kamber City and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 18.08.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
