Cr.MA No.1606 of 2026 under section 22-A 6(i) Cr.PC is taken up in open Court. Applicant and her counsel are present. Mr. Shafqat Ali Kalwar appears and files vakalatnama on behalf of proposed accused No.4, which is taken on record. The report of Incharge Complaint Redressal Center Ghotki is also received same is also taken on record. According to counsel for applicant that the daughter of applicant namely Mst. Sameena after dissolution of marriage by way of khula, she had been abducted by the proposed accused and now she has approached police station for her production and recording of her statement as per law. On the other hand, counsel for proposed accused No.4 submitted that daughter of applicant namely Mst. Sameena filed application u/s 22-A 6(iii) Cr.PC before the Court of Honourable Sessions Judge/Ex-officio Justice of Peace and it was disposed of yesterday on the ground that Mst. Sameena shown her apprehension from his father, uncle and others. Adjourned to 13.08.2026 for further hearing. Meanwhile the counsel for proposed accused is directed to submit the copy of order passed in Cr.M.A u/s 22-A 6(iii) Cr.PC on application of Mst. Sakeena for perusal. |
