Case called. Accused are present on bail. Learned ADPP is present. Copy of police papers is supplied to accused as Ex 1. Both accused have submitted two separate applications stating therein that they residents of out of province and have several difficulties while traveling to Court hence they request for framing of charge today. Order passed thereon. Let the charge be framed today. Both accused have also submitted applications whereby pleading guilty. Charge against accused persons framed as Ex 2 and their pleas are recorded as Ex 2-A and 2-B respectively to which they pleaded guilty. Simultaneously the accused persons have been issued show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C, to which they submitted their replies that are taken on record. Order passed and announced in open Court. Accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and imposed fine of Rs 3000/- each. In case of default in payment of fine amount, they shall undergo SI for one fourth of the imprisonment. |
