Process through Court Bailiff was issued and concerned Court???s Bailiff reported that he went to the given address at where a lady came out from the house and she apprised about notice of the Court she verbally informed to the bailiff that JD is inside the house, later she came out after sometime and stated that JD is not present there; as per report of bailiff he avoided to receive the notice of the execution application; thereafter he pasted the notice at the outer door of house of JD; henceforth in view of endorsement of bailiff, service upon JD held good.
