Today matter is fixed for service upon defendant No.1 to 7. Suit called. Plaintiff is called absent and his counsel is present and filed statement along with receipt of TCS and delivery slips of defendants No.1, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Order on it. Order passed on separate order sheet. Accordingly, service upon defendants No.1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 is held good. Summons to defendants No.2 and 7 were returned with the endorsement of bailiff stating that summons was received by the office of defendant No.2 and summons in respect of defendant No.7 was returned unserved due to non-availability of defendant No.7 at given address. Let summons be issued by way of pasting on conspicuous part of the place of residence of defendant No.7. So also issue publication in a daily newspaper duly circulated in the area of defendant No.7, at the plaintiff's cost. Written statement received from defendant No.2. Order on it. Copy to other side.
