Heard. Order passed and announced in open court. The application is allowed subject to furnishing a P.R bond in the sum of Rs: 100,000/- to the satisfaction of this Court on superdari basis. The SHO P.S Nasirabad is directed to handover the Motor cycle in question to the applicant under proper verification and receipt, if the same is not required in any other case/crime. The applicant is directed to not to sale out or change its colour and character with out prior permission of this court within the period of six months and the produce the same as and when required. |
