Case called. Accused Zahid Husain, Abdul Latif, Hanif, Ghulam Akbar, Wali Muhammad, Bahawal, Shaman, Akram, Ai Bux, and Anwar are present on bail. ADPP for the State is present. Charge framed against accused at Ex.02 to which they pleaded guilty their pleas were recorded at Ex.312. All accused have jointly submitted application for plead guilty at Ex.13. Order on it. Issue show cause notice to accused at Ex.14. Accused submitted reply of show cause notice at Ex.15. Order passed on separate sheet. Accused are convicted u/s 243 Cr. P.C and fine Rs.350/- imposed upon each accused. Fine deposited by accused which was deposited in Govt. NBP. |
