Case called. Accused Ghulam Raza Kalhoro and Ali Akber Khaskheli are present on bail granted by this Court. While accused Mohsin Kalhoro, Muhammad Ali Kalhoro, Seengar Kalhoro and Abdul Qadir Kalhoro are shown absconders in final report and not yet arrested. Proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C against them returned, in this regard statement of process server recorded. Statement of ASI Hakim Ali of P.S Nasirabad recorded at Ex.3. He produced proclamation u/s 87 Cr.P.C, endorsement, mashirnama and entry at Ex.3/A to 3/D. Order passed on his statement. Absconding accused are declared proclaimed offenders, let case be proceeded in their absence u/s 512 Cr.P.C. The reply of proclamation u/s 88 Cr.P.C against absconding accused received from concerned Mukhtiarkar with report that accused does not possess any property which is kept on record at Ex.4. State counsel is present. Mr Razi Khan Chandio adv: and Mr Abdul Ghaffar Gopang adv: for complainant are not present. Mr Asad Ali Buledi advocate for accused is present. The charge against present accused is framed at Ex.5. Plea of both accused recorded to which they pleaded not guilty and claimed for trial vide their pleas at Ex.5/A and 5/B.
