Case called. All accused have already been declared as P.Os. Learned DDPP is present. Complainant Mst. Naseeba is present and examined at Ex.04. She submitted application for closed the case, she examined her remaining P.Ws after arresting of accused. Order on it. Placed on record at Ex.05. Learned DDPP for the state has submitted statement keeping the case on dormant file, which placed at Ex.06. Order passed at Ex.07, announced in open Court. Accordingly, the case is kept on dormant file till arrest of absconding accused. However case be fixed quarterly and perpetual warrants be issued against absconding accused through concerned SHO and such progress report be called from him. |
