Succession petition No.16/2025 called. Petitioner alongwith Mr. Adam Khan Rajar learned advocate for petitioner is present. Notices returned duly served upon respondent No.1 Respondents No.1 to 4 are present. None is present from general public. Mr. Dayal Das learned advocate is present and he has filed his vakalatanama on behalf of respondent No.1 at Ex-11. He has also submitted statement alongwith affidavit of adult respondent No.1 in which he has given no objection for grant of succession certificate in favour of applicant and for appointment of guardian ad-litem on behalf of minor respondents No.2 to 4 being their grand father at Ex-12. Arguments heard from both side. Order passed on separate sheet at Ex-13 and announced in open court whereby the succession petition is allowed. Succession certificate, therefore, be issued in favour of the applicant on furnishing P.R bond by the applicant and other one notable/ reliable person of the locality in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/ (Five Lacs) each. |
