Family suit called. Plaintiff and her learned counsel are present along with witnesses Defendant is absent along with his learned counsel. Today matter fixed for cross of plaintiff and her witnesses but none is present from defendant side. It is matter of record the defendant did not cross examine the plaintiff and his right to cross examine the plaintiff and her witness closed vide order date 04.10.2025. Defendant side moved the application for opening the side of defendant to cross examine the plaintiff on dated25.10.2025 same was allowed on the no objection of plaintiff and chance was given to the defendant for cross of plaintiff but defendant choose to remain absent and did not cross examine the plaintiff and her witnesses. Today the position remained same plaintiff and her witnesses are present and none is present from defendant side for cross of plaintiff and her witnesses, in this situation court is left with no option to pass appropriate order.
