Case called. Accused namely Faizan and Sultan Khan are present on police bail. DDPP is present. Mr. Waqar Ahmed advocate filed vakalatnama on behalf of accused persons. DDPP is present. Copies u/s 241-A Cr. P.C supplied to both accused person at Ex-01. Meanwhile D/C's filed application for waved time of framing of charge, order passed on it at Ex-02. Charge framed against the both accused persons at Ex-03. Plea of accused persons at Ex-03/A and Ex-03/B, accused persons plead have guilty, therefore, show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C issued to the both accused persons at Ex-04, They submitted reply of show cause notice at Ex-05. Order passed. Accused namely Faizan and Sultan Khan are convicted under section 243 Cr. P.C for the offence punishable under section 5/5-A Gambling Act and sentenced till rising the Court & fine Rs.500/-each, in default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo fifteen (01) days. Accused deposited the fine amount in Nazir Branch of District Central and submitted such receipt No 04. before the Court. |
