This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Aamir Ali Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Safdar @ Safdar Hussain, 02-Altaf Hussain both sons of Abdullah, 03-Rizwan, 04-Abdullah both sons of Altaf Hussain all by caste Hulio in Crime No.27/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 337-Fi,504,506/2,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to 24.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, call for police papers. |
