Family Suit Called. Both the parties along with their respective counsels are present. Today matter is fixed for evidence of plaintiff side. The learned counsel for the defendant submitted statement that he offers to plaintiff to take special oath with regard to his entire claims mentioned in issues No.1 i.e. Haq Mahar Rs:100,000/- and other valuable including gold, 03 lacs fixed deposit, 1000 USD & title documents of DT plot of Bahria Town Karachi. The plaintiff accepted such offer and took oath in open court and denied the possession of entire claims of defendant mentioned in issues No.1, except the deposit of Rs: 03 lacs with the admitted in return to defendant through court on next date of hearing. The defendant through his statement also accorded to return all the dowry of plaintiff which is lying at his house and the plaintiff also agreed to accept the same in the same position and manner as they are through Bailiff of this court. Hence, let the bailiff be appointed for handing & taking over of dowry articles. The suit stands disposed of,as the Khula is already granted to plaintiff vide P.T. order dated 18.10.2025 and the issue of Haq Mahar and other valuable of defendant is decided today through special oath as discussed above, whereas matter is now only fixed from compliance report of bailiff with regard to dowry articles of plaintiff and compliance report with regard to transfer of Rs: 03 lacs by plaintiff to defendant as decided under special oath. By consent matter is adjourned to 04.08.2026, For further proceedings. |
