The service is held good upon all defendants. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, the defendants are restrained from cancellation of the unit of plaintiff and or allotting the said unit to any third person till the next date of hearing. The plaintiff is directed to continue depositing the remaining installments (if any) in respect of suit property to the defendant No.1 and in case the defendant No.1 refused to receive the outstanding installments in respect of suit property, the plaintiff shall deposit the same forthwith to the Nazir of this Court.
