This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Liaquat @ Liaquat Ali son of Nabi Bux, 02-Sajjad @ Sajjad Ali, 03-Fayaz @ Fayaz Ali both sons of Liaquat, 04-Saddam @ Saddam Hussian son of Ali Bux, 05-Saqib @ Abdul Latif son of Muhammad Khan all by caste Mugheri in Crime No.92/2025 of PS Waggan for offence U/S 337-Aii,504,147,148 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to 24.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, call for police papers. |
