From the perusal of record it reveals that the examination in chief of complainant namely inspector Ghulam Muhammad Sehato and PWs was rerecorded on 21-08-2025 and cross was reserved on said date on the reason that learned counsel for accused persons was absent. Further, from 21-08-2025 to date the matter has been adjourned for 10 dates of hearings and several such adjournment applications, filed by the accused party have been allowed, and last and final chance has also been given to accused party for cross examination but today again such adjournment application has been filed to obtain date and to linger on the matter. Keeping in view the available record, this court deems fit to proceed the matter accordingly. Hence, the adjournment application, filed by accused party is dismissed at hands, the side of prosecution is closed accordingly and case is fixed for the statements of accused persons on 16-10-2025.
