The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Mithal lak advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ali Dost, 02-Allahdad @ Allahdad Khan both sons of Haji Khan, 03-Sadam @ Sadam Hussain son of Ali Dost, 04-Nazir @ Nazir Ahmed son of Ali Murad Mugheri, 05-Ali Raza son of Ali Bux Mugheri in Crime No.337/2026 of PP Pakho PS Kamber City for offence U/S 324,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 16.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant call for police papers. |
