P.C has filed by Mr. Kamran Ahmed Gorar advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nazir @ Nazir Hussdain son of Ladho Khan, 02-Abdul Kareem son of Nazir @ Nazir Hussain, 03-Abdul Sattar son of Bahar Ali, 04-Bakhat Ali son of Hidayatullah @ akram Ali all by cate Boohar in Crime No.61/2026 of PS Drigh for offence U/S 506/2,337-Fi,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court.
