The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Abdul Khalique son of Muhammad, 02-Abdul Sattar son of Gahi Khan both by caste Laar in Crime No.44/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,Lii,506/2,337-Hii,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant call for police papers. |
