This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Jameel Hussain Bhutto advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Khair Muhammad @ Khairoo son of Dadan Jatoi, 02-Muhammad Rafique son of Dadan Jatoi, 03-Allah Dino son of Allah Jurio Jatoi in Crime No.67/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fi,506/2,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 14.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state call for police papers. |
