A letter / report with the subject of Death of under trial prisoner namely Shahzaib s/o Anwar Ahmed at Prison Hospital on 08.11.2025, received to this Court, submitted by the Senior Superintendent, Central Prison and Correctional Facility, Karachi (Ex-05/A) along ??with annexures Form No.25-35(1) report of death No.1991/2025 dated 08.11.2025 (Ex-05/B), memo of death body (Ex-05/C), copy of application for receiving of death body filed by the prisoner???s father namely Anwaar Ahmed s/o Rasool Bux (Ex-05/D), memo of handing of the death body (Ex-05/E) and extract report No.1991/2025 issued by Medical Officer (Ex-05/F). However, as per the report No.DS/MED/50487, Dated 10.11.2025, all the above proceedings conducted before the Learned XII Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Karachi-East. Order Passed on separate sheet at Ex-05. I have perused all the above relevant documents, which shows that accused namely Shahzaib s/o Anwar Ahmed has expired on 08.11.2025 at Prison Hospital during medical treatment, it reveals that accused has been expired and no more in the world. Therefore, the proceeding against the accused namely Shahzaib s/o Anwar Ahmed is hereby stand abated. Court muharar is absent and failed to submit process report. No Pws are present.
