This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Khadim Hussain Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imran Khan son of Shafi Muhamamd, 02-Mumtaz son of Gul Hassan both by caste Brohi in Crime No.35/2026 of PS Sanjar Bhatti for offence U/S 506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 24.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state call for police papers. |
