30.04.2026. Sessions Case called. The complainant is present along with her advocate. BW against the accused persons were issued, returned by HC Asghar Ali of PS Sarhad along with accused Ali Raza, who submitted that private talks are already fixed between him and the comlainant party (his aunt) in respect of subject matter, thus he is not bound to furnish surety. Under the attending circumstances, this court asked him to furnish requisite surety otherwise he may be taken in to custody and remanded to District Prison Ghotki to which he again refused, thus for want of surety he is taken in to custody and remanded to District Prison Ghotki in order to produce his regular attendance in this case in this court.
