Case called. Accused Hassan called absent, while accused Shahzor is absconder. SIP Fateh Muhammad appeared and recorded his statement at Ex.02 he submitted proclamation u/s 87 Cr PC against absconder being unexecuted, report of SHO, report of SIP, statement of SIP, statements of two ocal persons and photocopies of their CNICs and Ishtehars at Ex.02/A to 02/I.
