Criminal Miscellaneous Application is called. The applicant is present along with his counsel. The ADPP for the State is present. This is not a fit case for direction to SHO concerned to record applicant's statement in terms of section 154 Cr.P.C hence application stands dismissed being meritless. However, in order to avoid breach of peace SHO concerned will feel no hesitation to take strict legal action against a person of either side whoever exposes threat to public tranquility or commit an offence. |
