This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Bilal advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ayaz Ali son of Qurban Ali Korejo in Crime No.81/2026 of PS B-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 420,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 14.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
