This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Gopang advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imran Ali @ Imran son of Abdul Razaque, 02-Rahib Ali son of Abdul Razzaque, 03-Kamran Ali son of Abdul Razaque, 04-Ali Gul son of Fida Hussain @ Kundho, 05-Faisal son of Ali Gul all by caste Mugheri in Crime No.119/2026 of PP lalu Raunk PS Waggan for offence U/S 504,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state call for police papers. |
