This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Sajjad Ali Chawro advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhammad Hassan son of Faiz Muhammad Buledi, 02-Mukhtiar Ali son of Faiz Muhammad Buledi, 03-Ashique Ali son of Mukhtiar Ali Buledi in Crime No.318/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 12.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well as complainant and call for police papers.
