Disposal Sessions Case No.129/2025 is called for execution of perpetual warrants against proclaimed offenders. Accused (1) Abdul Ghani son of Qadir Bux Shaikh already acquitted under section 265-H(i) Cr.P.C vide Judgment dated 07.5.2026. While accused (2) Wahid Bux son of Qadir Bux (3) Waqar (4) Mukhtiar Ali (5) Iqrar Ali sons of Wahid Bux (6) Imtiaz Ali alias Gul Badeen son of Azad Khan and (7) Saddam Hussain son of Jan Muhammad all by caste Shaikh are absconding and declared as proclaimed offenders.
