Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the accused Muhammad Essa S/o Muhammad Haroon Mari is hereby acquitted under Section 249-A Cr.P.C. on the suo motu grounds of this Court. The accused is present on bail; therefore, his bail bonds are cancelled and the sureties are hereby discharged. |
