This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Asad Ali Buledi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Rasool @ Baboo, 02-Abdul Rasool @ Arbelo, 03-Rasool Bux @ Sono all three sons of Arbab Ali Gopang, 04-Muhsin Ali son of Ghulam Rasool @ Baboo Gopang in Crime No.333/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 337-Hii,440,506/2,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. . Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Kamber. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 10.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
