Case called. Accused namely Faheem Zaidi is present on bail. DDPP is present. Charge framed against the accused person at Ex-02. Plea of accused person at Ex-02/A, Accused plead guilty, therefore show cause notice u/s 243 Cr. P.C issued to accused person at Ex-03. He submitted reply of show cause notice at Ex-04. Order passed. Accused person namely Faheem Zaidi is convicted under section 243 Cr. P.C for the offence punishable under section 5/5-A Gambling Act and sentenced till rising the Court & fine Rs.300/-, in default of payment of fine, he shall further undergo for one (01) days. Accused person deposited the fine amount in Nazir Branch of District Central and submitted such receipt No. 155 before the Court. |
