This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Ashique Ali Jatoi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Mehboob Ali son of Muhammad Yaqoob, 02-Mumtaz Ali @ Tharo son of Muhammad Yaqoob, 03-Siraj Ali son of Khadim Hussain, 04-Khadim Hussain son of Allah Dino, 05-Muhammad Yaqoob @ Hajjan son of Mumtaz @ Tharo all by caste Massan in Crime No.19/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence U/S 324,337-Hii,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the Court. Put off to. 17.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
