Received criminal bail application from the court of Honorable Sessions Judge Ghotki for disposal according to law. The applicants/accused namely (1) Muhammad Ayoub @ Ayoub @ Arab son of Chutto (2) Muhammad Chhuttal (3) Zahid Hussain @ Zahid (4) Hajan @ Muhammad Hajan sons of Jeand (5) Irshad (6) Waqar (7) Barkat and (8) Mehrab sons of Muhammad Ayoub @ Ayoub @ Arab all by caste Bharo, are present along with their counsel. Order passed. The interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicant/accused on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/ thirty thousand each and P.R bond in the like amount. To come up on 11.7.2026, for its confirmation or otherwise. The required surety has been furnished and one deponent namely Abdul Sattar son of Ghulam Muhammad by caste Bhutto r/o village Jan Muhammad Khan Dahar, Taluka and District Ghotki appeared and he has submitted affidavit along with certified true copy of Deh Form VII-B issued by Mukhtiarkar Revenue Ghotki in respect of Sr.No.678 situated in deh Odharwali tapo, Taluka and District Ghotki and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety for the above named accused persons, which has been accepted vide Order passed on affidavit. The complainant Arz Muhammad apppeared. Mr Imtiaz Ali Malano advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant which is taken on record. |
