Matter is called, Applicant side and ADPP for state are present. An order passed in court. Consequently, while declining the request for registration of a fresh FIR, this application is disposed of with the direction to the Director Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Karachi Zone, to authorized competent Assistant Director to conduct the investigation of FIR No.340/2026 u/s 354/324/34 PPC of PS-New Karachi Industrial Area, Karachi to record the statement/ counter version of applicant/petitioner and shall conduct an independent, impartial and comprehensive investigation into the allegations regarding the alleged custodial detention, torture, extortion demand and subsequent death of Naveed. The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) shall examine all documentary and electronic evidence produced by the parties, including CCTV footage, mobile phone data, CDRs, location records, video recordings and any other relevant material, and shall proceed strictly in accordance with law. The concerned Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) officer shall conclude the investigation expeditiously and submit his report before the competent Court/forum having the territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with law. The office is directed to transmit a copy of this order to the Director Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Karachi Zone forthwith for compliance. |
