The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noorullah Rind advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Ghulam Mustafa son of Muhammad Salleh, 02-Amanullah son of Muhammad Khan, 03-Amjad Ali son of Amanullah, 04-Arshad Khan son of Amanullah, 05-Muhammad Khan son of Amanullah, 06-Sajjad son of Muhammad Juman, 07-Habibullah @ Muhammad Khan son of Muhammad Juman all by caste Panhawar in Crime No.123/2026 of PS Waggan offence U/S 324,504,337-Ai,Fi,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 12.10.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state as well complainant and call for police papers. |
